This is to inform you that on 16th January, 2010, we have launched our two additional Screens at Cinemax -R Mall Odeon situated near Vallabh Baug Lane, Ghatkoper (East), Mumbai 400 077.
The Multiplex was open to the patrons with screening of block buster movie “Chance Pe Dance” and “3 idiots”.
This Four Screens Multiplex will offer patrons out of the world experience- “Cinemaxperience”.
This Property has tax exemption benefit for five years.
These two additional screens are having capacity of 670 seats. With this addition, we will have in total 28 theatre properties with 90 screens and 24539 seats.

• Launching our Four Screens Multiplex at Cinemax - Savin Plaza situated Dagapur, Silliguri, Darjeeling.

This is to inform you that on 4th December, 2009, we are launching our Four Screens Multiplex at Cinemax - Savin Plaza situated Plot No. 422(8), J L no. 83/105, Hill cart road, Behind Baba Loknath Temple, Dagapur, Silliguri- 734003, Dist. Darjeeling.
These Multiplexes will be open to the patrons with screening of block buster movies “Paa”, “RADIO”, “DE DANA DAN” and “2012”.
The Four Screens Multiplex will also offer patrons to enjoy a personalized café service while enjoying their favorite movie which will give them out of the world experience- “Cinemaxperience”.

These Multiplexes will be open to the patrons with screening of block buster movies "JAIL" and "AJAB PREM Ki Gjazab Kahani".
The Three Screens Multiplex will also offer patrons to enjoy a personalized café service while enjoying their favorite movie which will give them out of the world experience- "Cinemaxperience".
This Property has tax exemption benefit for five years.
The Multiplex is having capacity of 999 seats including 75 recliner seats.
With this addition, we will have in total 26 theater properties with 81 screens and 22895 seats.

• Launching our Five Screens Multiplex at City Centre Mall – Nashik, Maharashtra.

This is to inform you that on 5th November, 2009, we have launched our Five Screens Multiplex at City Centre Mall – Nashik, Maharashtra.
These Multiplexes will be open to the patrons with screening of block buster movies "JAIL" and "AJAB PREM Ki Gjazab Kahani".
The Multiplex is having capacity of 1016 seats including 117 recliner seats.
The Five Screens Multiplex will also offer patrons to enjoy a personalized café service while enjoying their favorite movie which will give them out of the world experience- "Cinemaxperience".
With this addition, we will have in total 26 theater properties with 83 screens and 21896 seats.

• Launching of Two Screens Multiplex at Cinemax R - Mall Odeon at Ghatkopar, Mumbai.

This is to inform you that on 19th September, 2009, we have launched our Four Screens Multiplex at Cinemax -R Mall Odeon situated near Vallabh Baug Lane, Ghatkoper (East), Mumbai 400 077.
The Multiplex will be open to the patrons with screening of block buster movie “DIL BOLE HADIPPA” and “WANTED.”
The Four Screens Multiplex will offer patrons out of the world experience- “Cinemaxperience”.
Out of this Four Screens multiplex, Two Screens with seating capacity of 580 seats are operational at present, remaining two screens with 670 seats are expected to be operational in the near future at Cinemax R-Mall, Odeon, Ghatkopar.
This Property has tax exemption benefit for five years.
The Four screens multiplex is having capacity of 1250 seats. With this addition, we will have in total 25 theater properties with 78 screens and 21550 seats.

• Demise of Independent Director, Mr. Pravin Ghatalia.

With profound grief, we regret to inform you the sad demise of Mr. Pravin Ghatalia, Independent Director and member of Audit Committee on 13th August, 2009. We show our gratitude for the valuable services rendered and guidance provided by him during his tenure with the Company.

• Record/Book Closure Date & date of Annual General Meeting ( August 6, 2009)

This is to inform that the in pursuance of the Listing Agreement, Share Transfer Book and Register of Members shall remain close from Thursday, September 3rd, 2009 to Thursday, September 10th, 2009 (both days inclusive) and the record date for purpose of dividend shall be the end of day of Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009.
The Seventh Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is schedule to be on Thursday, September 10th, 2009.

• Quarterly and Audited Annual Results for March 2009. (May 22, 2009)

• Launch of Four Screen Multiplex at Mani Square Mall, Kolkata, 25th December, 2008

This is to inform you that today i.e. on 25th December 2008, We will be Launching our Three Screens Multiplex at Mani Square Mall, Kolkata. IMAX also will be launching one screen itself along with Cinemax.
The multiplex will be open to the audiences with most-awaited film of the year like “Ghajini”.
The Cinemax Multiplex is having capacity of 758 seats including 29 recliner seats. The IMAX’S one screen will house 450 seats, inclusive of 26 recliners.
The Four screens multiplex will offer patrons out of the world experience – “Cinemaxperience”.

• Launch of Three Screens Multiplex at Rajkot, September 29, 2008.

This is to inform you that today i.e. on 29th September, 2008, We will be Launching our Three Screens Multiplex at Iscon Mega Mall, Rajkot.
We are also opening in the mall, food court in the name of “Indulge Food Unlimited” with approx. 14000 sq.ft. area and Gaming zone in the name of “Giggles” with approx.4000 sq.ft. area.
The multiplex will be open to the audiences with hit movies like “Welcome to SajjanPur” , “A Wednesday” and , “1920” etc.
This Multiplex is having capacity of 760 seats including 35 recliner seats. The Three screens multiplex will offer patrons out of the world experience –“Cinemaxperience”.
